Data and recovery

templates-sql: RPO 15 min, RTO 4 h; manifests re-read, compatibility recomputed from evidence, blueprints and recipes restored with their artifacts. Retention: provenance for the product's lifetime plus 7 years.

Ports and runtime

HTTPS 8160, gRPC 8162, silo 12160, gateway 31160 (messaging profile templates). Secrets templates-sql, package-feed, messaging-transport.
