Stakeholder FAQ¶
Target
This page describes intended behaviour or structure. No implementation is claimed unless a section is explicitly marked Current implementation or Evidence.
Is this a software-generation tool? It is an organizational AI operating and control platform; software generation and generated SaaS are its first solution pack (executive summary).
What exists today? ConnectSoft's estate (templates, identity, SaaS foundations, messaging, persistence, AI extensions, Pulumi, pipelines) and one production product built from it. The Factory platform itself is specified, not built (ecosystem composition).
Which models does it use? Model profiles, never vendor names in a specification; providers and deployments are published assets with capability evidence and fallback chains; an Anthropic adapter is required for the first pack (model profiles).
Can an agent change production? Only through a tool of production class, under policy, with an approval bound to the exact version and decided by someone other than the requester (approvals, decision D21).
What happens to our data and what the agents learn? Tenant-scoped; region selected per tenant; classification, retention and deletion windows; memory promoted only with review and consent; export in open formats (data governance).
How is quality guaranteed? Every release passes an evaluation suite with thresholds per profile and a no-regression rule; production drift is detected (quality gates).
Who operates generated products? ConnectSoft, under Managed and ManagedPlus editions, with objectives, rollouts in waves, an incident desk and governed off-boarding; or the customer under a self-operated edition (fleet operations).
What does it cost? Editions covering internal budget control, usage-based billing and seat plans; usage is attributed by status so nothing uncertain is billed as certain (commercial model).
How big is the design? Nine planes, sixteen platforms, forty-two bounded contexts, about 180 logical services, 95 agents, 22 blueprint kinds, 63 coordinators, 29 examples — all in one architecture model with generated catalogs (model report).
Where are the dates? There are none; the plan is a dependency order (capability dependencies).
How do partners join? Through certified publishing on the marketplace, MCP servers, A2A agent cards and the public API (for partners).
