- MessagingModel MassTransit adapter: Options only; no outbox.
- Extensions.AI + AgentsFramework + Factory libraries: Anthropic adapter required (D16); pin drift to resolve.
- Extensions.ModelContextProtocol: Authentication must be on by default for non-local exposure.
- Extensions.Saas. libraries*: Orleans call-context tenant filter missing.
- InfrastructureModel (Pulumi): Verified ADR-0004.
