Marketplace — workflows¶
Target
This page describes intended behaviour or structure. No implementation is claimed unless a section is explicitly marked Current implementation or Evidence.
Rewritten 2026-10-09 (design plan P14)
The June-2026 page (asset publishing flow, installation state machine) is archived under catalogs 2026-06; publishing is now the Control plane's publication flow, and installation is a scoped reference.
W1 — A publisher is certified¶
A partner organization applies with its agreement and identity; Platform admin certifies (publication class) with evidence; only then may it list publicly. ConnectSoft is the first certified publisher.
W2 — A Published release becomes a listing¶

W4 — A newer release offers an update¶
AssetReleasePublished for a listed asset moves the listing to the new release and marks every installation updateAvailable; tenants whose policy allows auto-update are updated by the UpdateOfferer, the rest accept in the Studio. Runs keep their pinned snapshots either way.
W5 — A release is revoked¶
AssetReleaseRevoked delists immediately, revokes entitlements where the revocation is for cause, notifies installing tenants, and the registry refuses new runs on the revoked release; running attempts complete on their pinned snapshot.
W6 — A subscription lapses¶
SubscriptionChanged to suspended suspends the tenant's entitlements; installations stay; policy refuses new runs using the suspended assets; restoring the subscription restores them with no re-installation.
