- GateEvaluator (EnvironmentPromotionService): Evaluates gates in order (pipeline results, policy, prior environment, environment ready, evaluation evidence where the product release carries agent-generated assets) and requests the approval when the environment class demands it.
- Verifier (EnvironmentPromotionService): Runs post-deploy verification (health, smoke suite from the pipeline, SLO window) and completes or auto-rolls back per strategy.
- DeliveryApplier (PipelineExecutionService): Maps verified inbound deliveries (push, pull request, review, pipeline run) to proposal and run state; unknown references are looked up through the connector.
- RunReconciler (PipelineExecutionService): Polls runs still Running past their expected duration and proposals without a terminal state through the connector (read class).
- PublicationVerifier (ReleaseService): Checks each component's feed or registry for the digest (through the existing CI publishing evidence and registry reads) and records publication evidence; moves the release to Released when complete.
- ReleaseNotesWriter (ReleaseService): Drafts release notes from merged proposals and results with the structured profile and stores them as an artifact (never auto-published).
