This page was empty. It maps onto the final-state Project Command Center module and the prototype's Command Center destination. Requirements: FUX-04 (observable run state, freshness, command outcomes), FUX-08 (attributed usage and limits), FUX-12 (documented states, honest readiness).
Purpose¶
Answer, for the selected organization/project/environment scope: what is running, what waits for me, what is degraded, what it has cost. It is a projection; it owns nothing.

States the view must distinguish¶
Loading · empty (no resources vs no permission vs filtered) · stale (last successful refresh time shown) · partial (one source failed; say which) · live. A failed refresh never shows old numbers as current.
Permissions¶
Visibility follows trusted scope (canonical ADR-0100/0101, tenancy and scope); counts and existence hints never leak other tenants' objects. Admin, operator, reviewer and requester see the same facts filtered by scope, not different truths.
Current implementation¶
The prototype's Command Center renders hard-coded values with timer-driven variation and no backend calls (ConnectSoft AI Software Factory.dc.html, fixture state at line 747). No dashboard, BFF or live projection exists. Label: Simulated.
