Mid-Term Expansion

This document outlines the mid-term roadmap for the ConnectSoft AI Software Factory, covering the period from July 2026 through December 2026. It focuses on expanding templates, improving agents, adding domain-specific capabilities, and preparing for self-service and marketplace features.

This roadmap builds on the short-term foundation and aligns with Phase 2: Expand and Improve from the overall Strategic Goals.

The mid-term expansion focuses on:

  • Template Expansion - Domain-specific templates and integration patterns
  • Agent Enhancement - Extended agent roles and improved capabilities
  • Advanced Knowledge - Vector search, pattern reuse, intelligent recommendations
  • Improved Observability - Enhanced run reporting, analytics, and debugging
  • Marketplace Preparation - Infrastructure for template marketplace (internal)

Q3 2026: Template and Agent Expansion

Focus: Expand template catalog and enhance agent capabilities
